While I wouldn’t begrudge a steak or 2 a year and a few hamburgers in summer, there are other foods that won’t kill you as quickly and even be good for your heart!

Although the beef blog was meant to provoke and prod for a 2-sided conversation, the treatment of the animal is a serious issue. This guys speaks on that for those who think a cow happily grazing provided your steak. ef.htm
