The most interesting part of the Lords speech is the admittal that he washed terrorist money as part of his job at Bank Of England. No news really. Well Felix, what if James is just acknowledging what he might have known for a long time though. There are incredible reports emerging all over now, all in mainstream newspapers, and you’d be forgiven if you think they are all some crazy conspiracy theories – Operation Paper clip (transferring Nazi scientists to US to learn Nazi advances & building up the space programs) was termed as a conspiracy theory, but now we know it is not. The claim that government agencies like CIA or Pentagon or using some kind of mind-control programs was termed a conspiracy, but we know that project MKULTRA (just check wikipedia entries) was true & not some crazy theory in some drugged out person’s mind, or what about project stargate (remote viewing, but officially the government will not recognize psychic abilities – ‘what B.S’…, similarly there are countless number of genuine & very authentic reports/books written by several whistle blowers – Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell adding his voice to the growing UFO conspiracy that says there is a 60 year cover-up on the UFO & ET subject, YOU JUST NEED TO GET OFF YOUR COMFORT ZONE & ACCEPT THAT THE WORLD IS NOT FULLY TRANSPARENT AS YET. What if our collective reality is just an illusion.

There is an earlier connection between Baron James and the OITC if anyone cares to check. Both tried to buy the ailing MG group in the UK back in 2005. (Check their respective Wikipedia entries.) Thus it seems very surprising that Baron James could have no knowledge of “Foundation X”.

If I had to guess from glancing at its website, I’d assume the OITC is actually the finance organ of the Church of the Sub-Genius.

The OITC explains why we’ve never heard of it or the fellow who runs it:
