I have never received an email confirming the complimentary offer. When I wrote emails to the Times, the customer service department confirmed that they were having problems with the program, but no resolution has ever occurred. When I called the Times, I was told I never received the offer and no help was provided. This whole thing is a frustrating, poorly executed flub.
