		<description>This data appears to make passing of the JOBS act even worse. Companies, broadly, are not having any trouble raising funds in the private market and fail to create many jobs once going public. Now VCs can more easily cash out in the public market and accounting controls are even more lax.</description>

		<description>Do you believe that all of that private equity (venture funding) would have been invested in the start ups if there were no IPO&#039;s to allow the investors an exit?  If you answered no, then you do believe that IPO availability directly effects investment and jobs.  If you answered yes, then I have some start up company shares to sell you.</description>
