Companies, broadly, are not having any trouble raising funds in the private market and fail to create many jobs once going public. Now VCs can more easily cash out in the public market and accounting controls are even more lax.

If you answered no, then you do believe that IPO availability directly effects investment and jobs. If you answered yes, then I have some start up company shares to sell you.
