Curious as to why you didn’t use a blind taste test here. Like “simsimsim” says, doing it this way opens it up to so many different types of biases. It honestly looked like you were ready to hate every bite of a taco bell product and “love” every bite of a Chipotle product. Done this way, the survey is generally useless.

Mr Einhorn has the horn by the bull or is it the bull by the horn He frontruns his rhetoric and probably has cashed in as I write. I find it so sad that it’s so easy to short and put pressure on Chipolte LOw interest rates–No up-tick rule –Shall his short picks not work out Well he has his Hedge funds cash to keep the stock price down . Just look what he did with Green Mountain and is still on their case. Every era has it’s guru’s they come and go . I think it is time for him to go and take those short sited followers with him Mattisse

I think a fair amount of this is signaling. Chipotle is a “my *vegan* friends trust its vegetarian choices” kind of place. It the kind of place that people who conspicuously recycle get their fast food. It is one of the only franchises to take up this “whole foods is to grocery stores what chipotle is to fast food” tactic. Taco Bell’s branding makes this strategy impossible for them to edge into. It is, however, open at 4am.

Felix, I have to say you are so much more qualified (and accurate, although I think you are too kind to Taco Bell) to judge restaurants than assess the technology required to build light bulbs. And very entertaining, great post.

Well, this review is probably includes all possible types of biases from conformation bias to self-serving bias.
