He was, and still is hyping overpriced amazon as his wall street buddy is Jeff Bezos. Bezos has now rewarded Bloget with a 5 million dollar investment for hyping amazon stock.
Both Bezos and Blodget are wall street crooks who belong behind bars. Boycott amazon and send a message to Bezos that his paying off wall street to prop up his stock price is both illegal and immoral. Boycott amazon and send these two crooks into the gutter where they belong

A few weeks back there was a piece on BI which I thought could be usefully expanded/argued with. So, I offered to do a freelance piece. When discussing pay Blodget told me that the accounting system cannot cope with paying freelancers.

Maybe that’s just a fob off but if it’s true then I do think that spending perhaps $400 on a copy of Sage could be useful to them.

Weisenthal talks about a stream, which is really more clicks.

That said, the current state of BI is a big part of the reason why I don’t visit his Blodget’s empire with any real regularity. The incessant but more specifically annoying ads there is precisely the reason.

Otherwise, they are always at cross-purposes with themselves and their audience.

That stated, I CAN see why they are interesting to Bezos. After all, Amazon is the most shining example of a sometimes paradoxical melding of content, commerce, user participation, software platform, ad, web search, direct sell, indirect sell and proprietary device…and living to tell about it.

BI is a brand that embraces the same paradox, which gives Blodget and Bezos some kismet to one another.
