		<description>Some thing else that might work to improve bank workers compliance: Pay Fair Wages, Give well deserved break times, give minimum respect to people in call centers.
This will apply not only for people in the US, but too to night-shift workers overseas.
I used to work for a Citigroup Call Center, it was OK, but the company was sold to Santander, so the actual salary went down and the respect for people trashed.
Now I get the point of the 99% movement about the financial institutions.</description>
