Mr. Hutchinson, I don’t know what sort of bias you bring to the table when covering the Prop 8 issue, but seriously, how can you mislead your readers in the recent story you wrote, saying that Latino, Black and Asians and other minorities are calling the Prop 8 passage discrimination. Did you look at the statistical demographic breakdown of the vote?
Maybe, instead of blatantly misleading your readers, you could actually use a lead that truly represents the body of the story.
The only anti-Prop 8 sources you site that are calling Prop 8 discriminatory are anecdotal college law professors.
You attempt to redefine the issue for your readers in a way that is so biased, that you should be ashamed to call yourself a journalist.
Please, begin to bring some objectivity to your coverage of this issue.
Maybe I missed the boat and you are not actually a journalist and it is Yahoo! that I should take this issue up with for labeling your Reuters byline as a news story. If that’s the case, I’m sorry. But if you are a news reporter, you need to start telling the truth in your stories.

Your comment about the RIGHT of gay marrage causing loss of orights is ludicrous and ignorent. California’s gay Attorny General, Jerry Brown, renamed Prop. 8 calling it a Constitutional admendment to denial a people of a non existing right.

Any State’s Congress can create state law providing for civil unions giving anyone (or thing) the protection and benefits of civil union by law. Marriage is a religios ceremony with a 9 or 10,000 year history. Government became involved less than 100 yrs ago for the sole purpose of complying with the census. There are not and never have been, in the history of man kind any religion suporting or approving of Mariage between anyone , but a man and a woman. The purpose of Homosexual Marriage nulification of religion, one of the first steps of Marxism and Socialism.
