Obama’s intent is the natural and foreseeable result of his acts. In this case, his intent is to appease Russia for a brief period. A later expansion back into the Czech Republic is made easier if we have no military assets there.

It is so sad as these countries suffered so long and now, we the great USA is leaving them to hang in the wind.
It was in place to accomplish and Russia had settled in to the fact, now what will happen? Then of all things Obama didn’t talk to Poland but Hillery and the PM of Poland wouldn’t take her call, it was so cheap of Obama to do it that way. God Bless all those countries plus our country that things are progressing as they are in our government.
