SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Republican presidential hopeful Mike Huckabee has gained more than just new supporters on the campaign trail — he has gained back about 10 percent of the weight he previously lost. The former Arkansas governor lost a little more than 100 pounds after he was diagnosed with diabetes. He has been running marathons and hopes to run in the Boston Marathon later this year.

“Probably about 10 or 12 pounds,” he told reporters aboard his plane to South Carolina from New Hampshire. “I ran yesterday and I’m trying to just scream at the staff and say “this is important, I’ve got to stay in training.’”

He acknowledged that if he can’t get the training in, he will drop his marathon bid. “If I get to where I can’t keep up the training and i’m not ready for it, I’m not going to do it.”

Huckabee for President!

Not only is this guy the coolest dude on the planet, he is rockstar and a marathon runner.

Mike Huckabee has tons of willpower. After he makes it to the White House as the next United States President I wouldnt be surprised if he suprises us with a world record marathon record in 2:05 and a rock concert in the White House with Bono.

Vote Mike Huckabee, otherwise Chuck Norris will be knocking on your door asking why you are not voting for Mike.

Huckabee seems to liberal to me. His actions dealing with illegal immigrants. Giving them undeserving tax payer benefits. His pandering to the voters is too much. Sure he is a former minister and that is his best quality. However, he stands for nothing. I think being able to stand up for what you believe in is crucial. That’s why I ask you to support Fred Thompson. Visit his website at http://www.fred08.com and see if he is the right candidate for you.
