JERSEY CITY, N.J. - You can’t choose your relatives, as Barack Obama knows. But if you could, he would have picked George Washington or baseball player Willie Mays over Dick Cheney.
Speaking at rally, Obama joked that he had been embarrassed by the news last year that he was a distant cousin of the vice president.
“That was really embarrassing when that news came out,” he said.
“When they do these genealogical surveys you’re hoping you’re related to somebody cool. You want to be related to George Washington or Willie Mays. But Dick Cheney — that’s a let down.”
Obama was greeted by around 3,000 supporters at the rally at St. Peter’s College in Jersey City, the day after he narrowly lost the New Hampshire primary to New York senator and former first lady Hillary Clinton.

Its always the same families in the white house. The clinton/ bush dynasty has held on tight lately, but cheney’s is taking over. all these neo-cons are the same, ruling families take over the U.s. even though we are told otherwise. Obama was brought up knowing he was set up for a political career and that he wasn’t going to have problems if he served the right people.go watch some documentaries on google, the illuminati bloodlines might educate you.
