Early results are trickling in from the Michigan primary, and it shows a tight Republican fight between native son Mitt Romney and Arizona Sen. John McCain.
With about 4 percent of precincts reporting, Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, was ahead 34.6 percent to 32.1 percent for McCain. Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee was in third with 17.2 percent.
