Robin Williams’ wife files for divorce

williams-180.jpgSAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Comedian Robin Williams’ second wife, whom he met when she was his nanny, has filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, court documents showed on Wednesday.

Childlike though he may seem, she was never his nanny. She was his son’s nanny.

Yes, I see your point and our wording does look a bit ambiguous, but I’m guessing most readers understood what we were saying.  I think many parents would say, “My nanny was late today,” not “My son’s nanny was late today.” GBU Editor

Among the 39 photos you used in the report “Lhasa monks accuse China of lying over unrest”, 5 photos were actually taken at Nepal, not in China (photo #15, 16, 17, 19, and 32). This is a gross distortion of the real events. Is this what you called journalism, of “being objective and fair”?
I challenge you to correct your unprofessionalism and to apologize publically for the damage you have done. Your biased report does more damage to the truth than to reveal it.

Of course, the other story would have been much more interesting. But this isn’t the Oddly Enough Blog, after all.

OK, so most of understood what you were trying to say. Is that an excuse for poor writing skills?? I am not a writer, but wow!!! I guess standards have really dropped at Reuters?
