		<description>Its self evident that if someone is killed the shots were not for warning but were targetting human beings. In military procedures the world over warning shots are fired skybound, way above the vessels masts, aimed at falling way beyond it's tracked navigation route.

No one is killed by "warning shots" unless the're fired by California Police, Blackwater, or Gen. Patreus' soldiers.</description>
