UN climate talks progress on aid for poor nations

POZNAN, Poland, Dec 12 (Reuters) - U.N. climate talks made progress on Friday towards launching a fund to help poor nations adapt to the impacts of climate change, such as floods, droughts or rising sea levels, after two weeks of deadlock.

Former U.S. President Al Gore won the biggest applause of the two-week conference with a speech predicting a far more active U.S. climate policy under President-elect Barack Obama after President George. W Bush.

Al Gore is not a former U.S president. He served for eight years as vice-president under Bill Clinton.

Al should be imprisoned for spreading such lies about climate change. It is NOT man’s carbon footprint causing “global warming”. This is a regulation and tax scam that is being pushed globally. There are incredible strides being made to tell the truth that are being buried to prop up this false assumption that humans are to blame for rising tempertures and melting sea ice. In fact this year has seen more southern hemisphere sea ice “grow” than any year since 1979. I see more a possibility of a cooling trend than a warming trend and there is plenty of research and data out there available if you look it up. Look up The Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine’s petition rejecting claims that humans have caused global warming. That petition has over 31,000 (approx 3200)scientists signatures right now on it. The effort was spearheaded by Dr. Frederick Seitz, past president of the National Academy of Sciences and of Rockefeller University, and as reputable as they come. Again, Look it up for yourself.
