Wisconsin Senate passes public-sector union ban
Madison, Wis., March 9 (Reuters) – Republicans in the Wisconsin Senate on Wednesday side-stepped a boycott by opposition Democrats and approved curbs on union powers in a case closely watched by Americans as a test of labor rights.
Your article published March 9 is titled “Wisconsin Senate passes public-sector union ban.”
The whole headline is a lie. The bill from Wisconsin Governor Walker does not ban one public sector union.
If you can prove it please let the world know because that would be news.

This reminds me of something that I experienced when I was a JO major (subsequently repented and corrected by changing to Business).
Do headline writers ever actually read the story, are they simply perverse, all of the above, none of the above, what?
