Bad linking…

Unbelievable that you would link to MEXICO rather than NEW MEXICO in your first paragraph about a wildfire impacting our state.

Like we don’t have enough challenges educating the world that New Mexico is a state of the USA not a part of Mexico! Wow.

Unbelievable.

Anthony Weiner is a DEMOCRAT … YOUR HEADLINE implies he is Republican.

Duh!

Great reporting, folks!

R.M.

That was a very unfortunate one. The original headline said Rep. Weiner, meaning Representative, but on an online product it was changed to Republican.

We corrected it of course, but lots of people saw it: GBU Editor

Could you please help retrain all journalists around the globe in the correct terminology for computer criminals?

The whole notion that a “hacker” is a bad person was created by your very own news industry and not by anyone else, so could you please rectify this?

It’s going to cost him more than that

At least 89 people have died in a monster tornado that left a path of destruction nearly a mile wide through the heart of of the city and directly hit the small Midwestern city’s main hospital. REUTERS

Looking at the pictures of the tornado destruction in Joplin, MO, I noticed several captions. Could you please inform your writer that “have” is a verb but “of” is not. “Of” is a preposition in case they no longer teach that in journalism school.

Treasuries seen underperforming Bunds if oil falls more

“We expect the yield of short maturities to rise in line with the anticipated rate hikes, meaning that the 2-year Bund yield will increase to about 2.50 percent by the end of the year,” UniCredit rate strategists said in a note.

“Consequently we see Bund yields rising only to about 3.65 percent until year-end.”

“Sperminator” Schwarzenegger scorned over love child

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – To fans, he was movie star tough guy the Terminator. Then he turned to politics and was affectionately dubbed the Governator. But after acknowledging that he fathered a child out of wedlock, Arnold Schwarzenegger was swiftly given a new name — the Sperminator.

That headline and lede paragraph is distasteful, ugly, and unworthy of a respectable news organization. Sperminator? Ugh!
