I was in azadi square and Ayatollah Ali was just walking around with president mahmoud to look at and talk to caught protesters . Pres Mahmoud talked to one arrested man and then let him free and the man left and went to a building. Then a cop hit a girl with a baton The ayatollah ali grabbed it from his hand and hit him in the chest with it. The cop was then arrested by the ayatollahs orders . Ayatolah ali Kissed the girl on her head and then cops came and took her to the ambulance. The ayatollah and Pres Mahmoud were very kind and let about 50 protesters free after they were arrested. But there are still riots about 50,000 are in qum supporting the ayatollah and Mahmoud the ayatollah was driven to qum with mahmoud where he addressed supporters telling them he is thankfull for thier support and that Iran will come out stronger than ever after the protests are done.
