Get the Taliban to rely on American funding. Then when the time is right, clamp down on it.2. Find the corrupt links in the chain, and lock them in a dark room for a few years.

It’s a bit ridiculous to say the least.. I wonder how many foreign troops have been killed by weapons bought with this money? You can’t give the Taliban money and not have blood on your hands. If you want to say it’s necessary to get the job done, for the bigger picture, show me the results.. why is the job not being done?Maybe the answer is simple, the country itself is against the occupation and the US installed corrupt Karzai government. In any case it’s not the first time the US has funded and supplied terrorists in Afghanistan, have we learned nothing??

Its good for all. And few people get earned using this strategy like New York Construction Contractor and many other people.

There is no real expectation of overcoming the Taliban, or ending growing poppies which is a legitimate crop there, its time to admit it was a mistake and leave. Definitely no more troops.

That is not only an US pattern.

HAHA! As a 20-year retiree i can tell you she probably is making some enemies from this article as much of this infomation seems a little one-sided and opinionated instead of fact-based. Just IMHO.

Ha! Ha! I can’t believe it; we are actually funding the enemy. Hell fire! What’s wrong here? Oh, well. It’s just like any other war. We funded the North Vietnamese and lost, we funded the North Koreans and lost, we gave metal and arms to Japan and they bombed Pearl Harbor, we funded Germany and the people elected Hitler, on and on and on I can go with all the stupidity of the U.S. government and the citizens that blindly go along with its foreign policies and the soldiers who volunteer to find their wars for them.
