Make sure you tell your kids and grandkids you happily gave up THEIR liberties to ensure your feeble illusion of “security”. I’m sure they will appreciate your cowardice.

Our “rights” enjoyed to day were born in a much different era, times have changed and so must we.

This Paranoia Must Stop!

Simple facts are Life itself is full of risks and eventually everyone dies. Some live longer than others, its simply the way we are made.

Sure you can minimize the risks; although what quality of life does one achieve or possess if you live in a padded room and drink lukewarm soup in a sippy cup?

Can’t take a shower, you might fall.
Can’t go out for a walk, you may get mugged.
Can’t drive – accidents happen.

Does that sound like living?

The Odds of getting killed in a terror attack (IF one happened here Daily) are smaller than getting hit by lightening.

“the coward dies a thousand deaths, the brave but one.”
– Ernest Hemingway, A Farewell to Arms, Chapter 21 (a plagiarization of William Shakespeare from the play Julius Caesar)

It is time for the coddling to stop, and for people to regain the fortitude they once had. They need the guts to intervene instead of cowering in corners sobbing. At least they can go proudly into the great goodnight.

Its time for John Wayne to return.
Does anyone think that cameras and cowards would make him proud or that they would disgust him?

Stand proud, Stand Tall, and Swing.

Sure times change, but they are often made more complicated by Governments and media attempting to insure there places of power through sensationalism and intimidation.
