For instance the ‘Zero Emission’s Platform’ which officially is a Technology Platform advising on research policies, but in practice lobbies quite successfully the EU to get billions of public subsidies to support the unproven technology of CCS. BP and Shell play a leading role in this Platform. They should declare their financial contribution to it in their lobbying expenses.
