		<description>This sounds like the secret sauce for timing your day trades.  Personally, I check what the foreign markets are doing before the NY market opens, and basically I don&#039;t worry about making a trade until about an hour before the market closes.  Lately I have just seen too much volatility mid-day to do any day trading.</description>
