I would really like to know where they get the stats for house prices because we do not see this is our line of industry and in our area, yes prices have fallen but not as much as the media let on. A number were grounded in the UK unable to leave the country in July/August confined because of swine flu. I doubt this will have a major impact going forward. There are far bigger forces at play!
