		<description>The most difficult credibility pirouette the Kirchners have to make is to convince the international credit markets that (a) they are going to respect the legal integrity of any investment or loan – a tall order indeed – and (b) that credit markets graciously accept the much sexied economic official statistics without muttering a single word on them (except praise) – another tall order indeed!</description>
