A lot of "Green Energy" has been thought of along the way, but the cost of the process makes Energy Providers retain their prices until a much cheaper method is discovered. What a great idea, communities and busineses making their own energy. I have concerns for the English rural areas where the price of gas is always higher than the urban areas, so local energy creation makes sense to them.
