		<description>I think the writer knows that the UK debate on immigration was not about skilled workers, in particular those from developed nations. It is the unskilled and semi-skilled workers flooding in from outside of the EU who are putting pressure on wages and job availability.

Cameron has stated that he will consult business leaders, local authorities on cap numbers, which could change on a yearly basis. Most find this reasonable. 

Problem is there are thousand of students pouring in not actually to attend school, but to work. And that needs to be better regulated. It doesn&#039;t make sense paying your people&#039;s unemployment while someone else does the work and further ships their earnings overseas.</description>
