Mr. Taylor, you make a convincing argument for either cooperation amongst nations or a world government. In either case, with the present balance of power in the U.N. resting with only those members of the Security Council, how do the voices of the poor in developing nations bargain for their needs of prosperity? In desperate times, humans often invoke desperate measures. I suspect you are a fervent capitalist, how do you feel about the prospects of a world government? And who's sensibilities should prevail in the plan to lead civilization back to some definition of economic prosperity? Call me old fashioned, I prefer the musings of John Locke.
