Then all the money resources will go to banks that fund real economy. One solution to reduce GHG emissions and fund sustainable economy might be to boost carbon markets, not the stock markets. There is no need for non-fuel-efficient cars to be produced anymore and it needs to make only hydrid, electric or another new fuel-efficient cars. Economic stimilus packages should not fund the old dirty economy.
