		<description>It´s very likely that prices of low-end homes are set to fall further. Primarily due to the fact that a vast number of the ´regular´ foreclosures are being held by the banks purely because of fear the impact would generate. Flooding the market with unwanted properties and writing off the losses will have to happen sooner rather later. This will just prolong the agony. So the euforia you paint is just a wishful thinking.</description>
