This reform is RINO, let's do a little HOUSE CLEANING and go after those who have broken the law and those who weren't watching. Instead of a bunch of new rules (which the law of unintended conseqences is just ripe for), why don’t we use EXISTING rules, EXISTING organizations, with EXISTING oversight (oh yeah, somebody wasn’t doing their job, uh huh).
