		<description>Wow, wonkiest thing I ever read on Reuters. But bottomline I think is this kind of investing is encouraging people who don&#039;t understand something to throw money into it. WRONG!! That&#039;s how big ugliness happens. If we&#039;re talking about pension funds and the like, there is absolutely no way in hell they should be invested in a highly volatile and cyclical structure like commodities ETPs. T-Bills and dividend plays - keep it safe with retirement money please!</description>
