The 'Fed' needs to avoid deflation because if prices roll back, as they should in a normal economy, the stupidty, negligence and irresponsibility they showed when pouring money into the economy will be showcased. To put it plainly - the 'Fed' will be underwater - paying out incredibly high interest rates on loans and assets worth far less than the loan price. The 'Fed' will then be the same situation they have driven many Americans into - near bankruptcy and insolvency. Of course - they can, and probably will, just print more money..la, la, la...fueling the problem and contributing further to the destruction of the United States. The bottom may not be falling out all at once but someone has pulled the plug and everything is draining away...sluuuurp
