They should appoint Giorgos Papakonstantinou of Greece instead. That way, not only would Greece get better terms for economic recovery, but Greece would not dare default. But if the EU and IMF continue to squeeze as their credit rating is artificially lowered, Greece will have no other choice. She should not be appointed.
