Voters seem to forget that America, in today's world, is part of an "international" universe of nations. Intelligence and knowledge of the world must be keys to today's American forest of knowledge. European voters know that about their own nations. Presidential candidates can no longer represent their own States. They must represent the interests of all the States. Perry doesn't know that. And I wonder what he does know about his nation. If Perry were President, America would plummet.
