Iran will not give up its right to enrichment. And when President Dumbo Bush rejected the offer for dialogue, he shut the door to a halt to enrichment. The most the West can expect is more intrusive inspections, thats it.

If the west is serious it needs to bring to the table not just questions but a serious offer. The offer should address security concerns that Iran has.
