They have about 100 nuclear warheads.

Bennett Ramberg, like many people on Reuters editorial board, are Isreali. Of course they want “all options on the table”.

Iran will not give up its right to enrichment. And when President Dumbo Bush rejected the offer for dialogue, he shut the door to a halt to enrichment. The most the West can expect is more intrusive inspections, thats it.

The reason why those questions have been unanswered is because there is nothing in it for Iran. If the west is serious it needs to bring to the table not just questions but a serious offer. The offer should address security concerns that Iran has.
