Bloomberg is someone who should fade away and stop the bullying. If he wants to do something then take real actions against gangs. The Bloomberg legacy is to bully us by dictating what size drinks we can buy. Bloomberg is dictatorial and a bully that hurts the American middle class or what is left of it. Thank goodness the courts did not support him. Can’t wait till the bully leaves the mayoral office.

Bloomberg could bull his way through any concept, knowing that it was his way or the highway — unafraid of blocs, bosses, or borough interests.
Whoever becomes mayor after him will enter City Hall with a lot of IOUs to be paid back.
At best, expect a holding pattern as the new mayor tries (and probably fails) to keep some of the Bloomberg initiatives alive.
At worst, expect traditional Knickerbocker Anarchy as sleeping tigers awaken.
