They actually drew their weapons on U.S. soldiers.’”*

That’s exactly why it should only be official military doing this stuff and not these hired thugs.

The mercenaries pointed their weapons at U.S. soldiers and forced them to lie on the ground until the thugs could separate the two vehicles. This was originally reported in Newsweek on October 14, 2007. Just search for “The colonel was furious. ‘Can you believe it? They actually drew their weapons on U.S. soldiers.\'”

In a just country, Prince and his thugs would have been arrested and sent to Guantanamo. But given their boss, the prince of darkness, they probably received a bonus.

Nope, we are allowed to own arms in my state still. And that’s why I live in the USA – so I don’t have to hang out in some trash-pit of a country.

If we would quit starting wars – maybe it wouldn’t be an issue.

We don’t have to be the “world police” – you are just FoxNews brainwashed. Try turning off the TV for a week – seriously – try it. Can you?

Bush sucks, Obama sucks – they are corporate owned and bought. If you can’t see how they have both been walking all over our rights; then I feel for you.

Go READ the US Constitution – don’t listen to the talking heads on Fox while you cheer about us bombing populations the world over.

Think for yourself for a change.

And I’m right too – aren’t I? How much FoxNews you watch a day? You don’t need to answer me – just think about it for yourself. Fox sheep are real easy to spot.

By ‘civilian’ we tend to picture unarmed and harmless people working towards non-violent ends. Good try I should say. Private contractors are a menace, almost always above the law and largely void of moral and organizational standard, the same standard that is set my a professional military organization. Lets face it real clear and simple, where ever they are, they are there to make money, and a lot of it.

To answer one of the comments above, comparing these guys to the cops or the soldiers is making an absolute mockery of what the law enforcement guys do. They are held together by brotherhood and a standard and oath to serve and protect. While some cops are cursed, largely they are respected and honored. When these guys are killed in a fight, they give their life to uphold what is right and fight evil. Mercenaries are what they are, they are there to make money and spill blood, and thats it. There is no comparison between an apple and an orange

Granted the bureaucrats are probably part of he problem to begin with, but it doesn’t help your case if you flagrantly flaunt the rules and act all arrogant about it.

I see the narcissist, armchair generals are out in force, like always.

This is just like the people who talk crap about cops. They’re all tough talk, until they hear a noise in the night… Then they’re calling 911 and squealing into a phone like a little girl, begging for cops to come save them.

Everybody is great at talking trash about PMCs and making accusations… But if you were over in one of these hell hole country’s, you’d be kissing their butts. If you were taken hostage, had your car shot at, or were attacked at your hotel… you’d be curled up in a little ball in the corner, wondering when these guys were going to come and save you.

All the crybabies still whining about Bush/Cheney really need to get over it… You’re just embarrassing yourselves.

The wars became billable hours instead of something to win and get done. These ‘logistics’ and ‘private security’ hucksters would have milked the contracts forever. Things getting too calm on the ground? Stir the pot, shoot some civilians in the street. And it’s not like Dick friggin Cheney was going to stop them.

A trillion dollars we wasted on these Bush boondoggles.
