No doubt China human rights and racial standards are not as “good” as that of US but then the US, on its part, is not very much better than others. By now its obvious that quotes from whatever western sources on these topics are actually outdated, unfounded and based on casual observation. China has more than 55 ethic groups and there is no reason why they should select the uighurs for oppression. Western organizations should, if they really cares, study their own human rights and racial standards judging from their high level of contribution to terrorism and violence. A muslim is a muslim and a true muslim is the follower of that faith 100%. No such thing as moderates, different interpretation whatsoever. For instance just say anything, however small, about their faith and you can expect the kind of instant reaction from them. Therefore there is also no such thing as radicalization, the fire is just waiting to explode anytime and at any opportunity. Look at how serious is ISIS now due to western creation and “perfect” policies towards them. Its no point for non-muslim to talk to muslim about human rights, they just do not exist to them. China is therefore doing the right thing, to solve the root of the problem and should not give a damn to shallow western comments and reports to allow terrorism to breed and expand. Imagine what the world would be if China has the same level of terrorism as in western countries !!

They are all over the roofs there. Orders of magnitude more widespread than over here in the UK. Not denying that there’s a problem but I think we like to bash the Chinese on their pollution and sustainability record so as to not have to think too much about our own efforts.

But does very little to make the world a better place. They are like the man who leaves a one dollar tip for a hundred dollar meal. Perfectly legal. But no one likes that guy.

That seems like a bad plan. China has no human rights, so they can and will simply eliminate those that become more of a detriment than resource. They don’t have a shortage of people.
