Slamming Russia at every opportunity is NOT reporting, nor is minimizing the simple fact that Russia and China are natural allies in opposition to the U.S.

It didn’t have to be this way, of course, but American foreign policy and economic imperialism have led to this new union, at least in large part. Leaders of both nations are well aware of the attempts to encircle them with enemies – using Ukraine, as an example, against Russia and Japan, as another, against China.

Washington needs to stop, reconsider what the future may look like, and engage the worlds’ rising powers.

One other wild card in the relationship is the “Muslim” question. A growing percentage of Russian nationals follow Islam; Moscow has the largest Muslim population of any city in Europe. The Russian government has tampered with past census results to play down the growing number of Muslims in Christian Russia. The Chinese Communist Party, meanwhile, views Islam and all religion as a threat, especially in breakaway areas in western China and has taken coercive measures to reign in Xinjiang. There is potential for trouble on the issue of Islam.

Innovations means technology.World to day is saturated with technology. Now people are realizing technology drive them instead they to drive technology. So the only alternative to generate wealth is “Natural resources” Look at why Iraq and Afghanistan wars were fought.
Both Russia and China prospered on natural resources like oil and mines and that source is inexhaustible.Population the world over is increasing. What they want is “Grains/Meat”and “Water” as natural resources.Min us few countries the the vast world is poor and can not cope with the increase of education to create or absorb technology at large.

Russian “co-operation” with China means, in fact, “use China” (or “exploitate China”)

Italy! China…. not so much. China is an actual power house. So Russia is the teenager asking to borrow the car keys. And some gas money. And some food money. And some new shoes before Monday….

Not long before China grows tired of this.

All the hard workers in Russia have left for other places. What remains in Russia are drunks and junkies. Russia’s chief exports now are orphans and herpes. It is a nation in sad decline, has little in common with China now.
