Wounds can be closed with the heads of soldier ants, gardeners might “do” in a pinch. The problems with the third world will see the most bang for their buck when civil engineers provide decent roads, clean water, and proper waste disposal. An unstable legal political system will prevent meeting the demands of medical care. After we have a stable political system and basic necessities we will be able to provide a sustained health care system that we all should strive for.

Most doctors don’t. They do what they do to become wealthy. However, we actually need fewer people. Do you think you could find some way of breaking people out of their brainwashed existences in which they follow the “priests of control” who promote population growth as a means of increasing their own wealth and influence. We have defeated nature. Man is at little or no risk of extinction except by our own hands and primarily through over population. In the end too, you doctors don’t do anything but stall the inevitable.
