They are outnumbered, and having to pull the Saddam Hussein trick of messing with the polls now. Voter ID, District gerrymandering. Pretty soon, they’ll be requiring a regulation hairdo for voting.

Won’t work. Buys them a little time, but outnumbered is outnumbered.
