The GOP controls both houses of Congress and have unified control in 23 of the 50 states, compared to 7 that the democrats hold, with the remaining being split in some fashion.

Democrats have been crying obstructionist for the better part of a decade. I think they can live with things going that well for them…

Most plaintiffs nowadays are bitter republican religious nuts or multi-national business interests. Their cases are failing daily during the GOP judge delay. Because….. court does not shut down due to a dead judge.
