The “computer geniuses” are just morons. This is simply a case of leaving problems available so that future work and profits can be obtained for the fix. It’s the standard computer/internet/techie technique. But you all are used to a computer that last 6 years and software that has bugs and always needs updating. It’s a good scam for taking money from dumb people.
