What are you thinking about when you write this article with your conclusive arguments? 
Why would 3 other banks help to structure that deal for MPS ? They are fully aware of:
1. MPS is going to pay dearly going in - all those fees
2. MPS is going to pay even more dealy for going out - again all those fees.
3. Directors and friends are taking short positions, other shareholders to hold that can of worms.
4. Those 3 banks - well, its their mission to give what the clients want, help another brother in the banking fraternity to make a business case - not torpedo it!</description>
