The guy has a lot more talent than any other idol I’ve observed. He places inside a 100% effort into all his performances unlike Kris.

Spot on! And, of course, if America similarly “refined” it’s welfare policies we wouldn’t have the dregs of every society south of the Rio Grand constituting a never-ending wave of economic invaders whose ultimate goal is to squat here in the good ol’ USofA.

I understand what motivates THEM. I don’t understand what motivates those so-called Americans who want to roll out the welcome wagon to literally countless uneducated unskilled illiterates who offer only urine, feces and more of themselves to feed forever at the public trough.

OK, fair enough.

I propose this; why not have Romanian-benefits follow their citizens? Then, when they move to the UK and need assistance, where they’re welcome to move to look for work, if they don’t succeed then instead of staying on the local’s hook, which is the crux of the argument, if Romanians need help, then Romania pays for it. Then the ‘our benefits’-argument goes away.

Of course, getting Romanians to accept responsibility for their citizens instead of exporting their poverty will be another battle, altogether.

Liberalise markets but enslave people. Let Capital be free to cross borders, but not people.

To surrender to it is a mistake. Mr Dixon recognises the arguments against free movement of people are counter factual, but rather than take them head on seeks to appease.

If we do not base our national debate on fact, democracy will wither.
