- Posted by Pravin RajeshirkeIndia will go through a lot of revamp in terms of infrastructure and new modern governing laws. Dont think India will go to war as thats not in its interest. But I hope it does become one of the twin engines for the world growth which removed the world from this deppresive recession .
- Posted by amitThe Amul Butter Poster captures the peoples view of politicians. 2009 elections will be more issues based and will improve India’s quality of democracy.
- Posted by mumbaikarIndia is a way of life, mother of all civilization, it has existed for over 9000 years and will definetly emerge as an economic power in the coming years..

- Posted by Jai HindThe Mumbai terror attack is planned and executed by Pakistan’s other power center viz. Army in collusion with the ISI. The aim was to weaken India’s economic rise considerably as Pakistan found itself dumped itself in the international stage. (Eg -Nuclear commerce agreement)
The success of the Mumbai terror operations comes to fruition only in a war. A war can help India’s enemies more than anything. The well thought-out plot was to considerably weaken India’s economic growth. Bcoz it was with India’s fast growth that world powers began to stop addressing India in a hyphenated way with Pakistan. Pakistan fears it would be dumped if India takes off economically and its bargaining power on Kashmir dented to a considerable extent.
The basic things like if India’s pluralism and democracy vs Pakistans exclusivity wins, then the ideology on which Pakistan nation was founded would be prooved wrong.
India has to grow much more and use economics to influence countries to put pressure on Pakistan to stop exporting terror and training given by religious zealots with covert help by Army-ISI combine.
The Army-ISI combine is cleverly exploiting Jihad Islamism, Kashmir, Babri demolition, Godhra issue to get suicide squad recruitees.
India beware. Use economics and diplomacy to make Pakistan toe the line. How much more Indian blood is needed for the international community to deal with Pakistan terror.
Ultimately, India has to find its own effective solution and am sure India will.

Raj thackerey and group will emerge after hibernation and surface new issues to keep thier party alive.
- Posted by Syed Talib (UAE)2) For a large part of 2009 and beyond,News channels will keep beaming visuals of 60 hr siege. (most of them will sensationalize news and sound war like rhetoric.)
3) Somemore more candles will be lit by mumbaikars and elsewhere in india.
4) First quater of 2009, Congress will focus on elections, Opposition will have Mumbai attacks as their campaigning agenda.
5) India will keep pleading for international support to maintain diplomatic pressure on pakistan, but eventually will run out of steam.
6) By now india would have realised , US help is only verbatem, plus Obama will have to settle issues in his backyard then look into PAK INDIA.
7) There will be breaking news on all news channels WHEN AJMAL KASAB CATCHES COLD.
9) Certain news channels will host programs to remind 26/11.
10) Pakistan will no longer ask for evidence but will eventually sound like ” WHAT MUMBAI ATTACKS”
11) Who ever wins the elections will wisely choose their cabinet ministers, so that they dont pick leaders like senile ANTULAY.
12) Sensex will not touch 20,000 period. atleast not in 2009.
India, see how sweet the word sounds!
So kindly make the same sweetness in all things we do. India - peace, happy, non-violence, tradition and so on..
We will definitely overcome the crisis, provided every individual should be honest. (at least self-disciplined).
Definitely we will not make war on Pakistan and thats not our motive too.
Lets develop/spread peace, love and happy and definitely it will revert.
Elections - Kindly do vote, dont waste ur woderfull rights and blame behind.
Soldiers - we should feel proud about them, we have wonderfull Soldiers.
Kindly do not follow any religious fellows and fall into fire.
LOVE - Love ur family, dont hesitate them at any cost. Spend time for them. Time is precious, we can not revert it. Be good to all.
Do respect all and pray God to bring bright and prosperous year.
I wish U all a Wonderful and joyfull start for the upcoming years. (happy New Year).

- Posted by Dinesh AshokThis is the most crucial time for India. All option should remain open including war.If India loose by any means for any decision of leadership MY COUNTRY WILL BE PARTITIONED AGAIN. Let me die before that fighting for MY COUNTRY.PLEASE COME TOGETHER TO SAVE OUR COUNTRY.
- Posted by subrata chakrabortyIndian people are mature enough to face any turbulance. Indian Democracy too is matured enough. It is expected that in 2009 a third force will emerge to guide the Nation towards its destiny to show the World a perfect place of living for Mankind.
- Posted by saumendra Kr. chakrabortyIf India doesn’t dismantle and destroy the terrorists infrastructure which have been breeding grounds of terrorists since 2-3 decades or so, then I warn that Indian people have to be prepared to light more candles in the near future. This is message to Indian Government and Prime Minsiter Manmohan Singh and his ministers.

the year 2009 is going to be very crucial for India.Considering the current situations like- recession, fear of war, terrorism, we can only hope that Indian politician will learn a lesson from the year 2009. I strongly believe 2009 will be a much better year for our country.
- Posted by Sikander KirarIf Advani becomes PM, and if there is another attack on India by terrorists on similar scale like Mumbai / Parliament, rest assured we are at war with Pakistan. Which would be a disaster to South Asia, but will help India with a tremendous Industrial and infrastructure development, given the war do not prolong more than a month with limited nuclear arsenal usage. A longer war will cripple India and send us back 50 years. As far as Pakistan is concerned, no matter what, there will be a complete collapse of civilian government , military rule with extreme religious approach will be installed on mainland Pakistan.
- Posted by NeoAlso, there is a good chance Pakistan will be broken into several countries, and Kashmir will be biggest looser with colossal loss of life, but will gain greater autonomy. No matter what, future looks very bleak. We’ll see more human loss in 2009 than ever. God bless us all, and put some sense into our heads.
Don’t we have any other big thing to Predict and rank us to happen other than “Mr.Saif getting married to Miss.Karena”?
Is this Prediction goin to make a light glow in glow in a hungry Indian House? Shame on this Blog Promoters..
