Only there was a rumor regarding that. But the battle by “Bhumi Ucched Pratirodh Committee” still continues even though state government stated that no land will be auired fro the project.
Its only a political gimmick by some freaky minded people like our so called DIDI…

One which promises to drag the nation back(Nuclear deal) and other which aims at dragging the state back to stone age of reforms(Nano effect). The rest of India can only wait to see their constructive role in India’s global spread.

Having said that everything else about Bengal especially Bengali politics smell trash. Communists should go first before bengal can rejoin and integrate itself into political mainstream of rest of India. Their recent opposition to civil nuclear deal is a glaring example of their (lack of) vision and shallow perception of indias needs and role in larger global context. Mamata lacks mass appeal and by driving Nano out of state she became political pariah in Bengal, she will be punished by electorate. Agree SEZ policy is a huge problem and needs a revamp and reform . Commies will continue and destroy Bengal for now.
