How about china in a need of resolving it’s TIBET issues,
That’s what they rightly call it in KASHMIRI “PANAS PER PER BAKIYAN TABAB”.
So go China Go & Stop talking to Mr. Mirwaiz, Resolve your internal conflicts then come to MARKET OF POLITICS.

Mirwaiz’s meeting with Chinese does not matter for the furure of Kashmir yes it does matter for the future relationship of India and China. Dont be excited about Chinese help to Kashmiris. This an arm twist tool for India…..

dear mushtaq, why do you forget that China is trying to use Kashmir for its geopolitical benefits, china is not Kashmir’s friend but want to keep U S away fom the regon as is is gaining influience in India.

China has its interest in the sub continenet. So they can always be helpful is resolving the kashmir issue

Kashmir is a disputed land under India’s control.Chinese interference might help in bringing some solution to this problem but i doubt if India would ever welcome this step.

indias biggest worry is China these days because it is trying to enter indian territory from two sides,1 Arunachal pradesh 2, ladakh ….. the relations are already affected, and ofcourse it will add fuel to the silent rift betwen the two countries.

Nice write-up. China surely has a stake in Kashmir as it occupies part of the scenic region. China is a major power in Asia and it will have to play its role in getting the issue resolved. Keep up the good work Mushtaq.

separatists should talk to everybody including china in order to find a peaceful solution to Kashmir which is acceptable to both Pakistan, India and China as well, since truth has no place in the world ( my previous comment) I think this one is ok.

As long as present face of separatists is concerned i don’t think anything can be achieved as per the wishes of Kashmiri people, they are all a bench of corrupted, self styled leaders, they are not authorized to take any step which goes against the wishes of Indian intelligence agencies, hardly matters weather they talk to Pakistan, SaudiArabia or China .

I think the Chinese meeting with Hurriyat was quite significant. China which occupies a big chunk of Kashmir area should not escape from responsibilities and behave like a policemen in Asia and contribute to the resolution of Kashmir problem.
I think this was their first meeting and reflects that China has realized the gravity of the problem.
