Who says Policemen lack shooting?? the rifles/guns provided to them are out of focus, contains only two bullets, one bullet after another takes 15 sec. to re-fire, re-load time 30 sec., can't be loaded after 3 simultaneous loading i.e., after firing 6 shots wait time of a minute is required or else gun will burst. Most of them were part of corrupted recruitment programme and merely working for extra money in the form of bribe.

And who is not corrupt?? All of us - me, you and everybody being a part of GLOBAL-INDIA society are corrupt. Why?? ask yourselves- if given chance of becoming a politician or business tycoon or policy maker or any key strong person, will you not take part in everything being extra offerred to you in any materialistic form or you wouldn't have used such forms to avoid penalties somehow so in the vicious circle of sex, religion, caste, community and other 100's of elements you cannot avoid being CORRUPTED...

The police must share some blame for the pathetic state they are in. I know the root cause is the lack of any kind of political backing and negligence in not giving the police their due, even by way of training resources. But then, what have their senior officers been doing? They have abetted the politicians in letting things get to this pass. How many seniors have stood up and protested lack of arms training, lack of hygeinic conditions and even basic food and water for their policemen? If they are just going to roll over and play puppy dog to their political masters and spend time getting plum postings, things will go from bad to worse.

Well my deepest condolences to the family members of the victims. What surprises me is the result of the shooting practice being carried all over India.
I agree that its high time that Indian government should take some action before asking MEN with guns(And not police or soldier) to face the terrorism with in Nation.
