in simple logic human beings sixth sense is taken off. the judgement is going to have far reaching effect for the the wrong doers including in certain pending cases. perfections and corrections have no significance by simply permitting two adults consenting to sex. quoting lord krishna has no logic. how lord rama was overlooked being person who maintained the Hindu sanctuity of Eka Pathni Vritha. Human beings are not commodities or animals to have exchanges as they like. the judgement has to be reviewed by referring to a fuller bench constituing the entire supreme court judges. there is a possibility for Nithyananda to escape based on this judgement who has gone to th eextent of creating agreements for sexual exchanges.
